Hi, I am Antonis and I originally come from Greece. When I lived in Athens, I was teaching dance at the Greek National School of Dance. Throughout this journey, I was trying different practices to enrich my teaching technique, and this was when I discovered Pilates. I was immediately impressed with its sophisticated body awareness, emphasis on injury prevention and overall body wellness.

I became a certified Polestar Pilates instructor and began incorporating Pilates exercises into my classes. The results were remarkable, as my students showed significant improvement in their posture, balance, and control.

The benefits of Pilates eventually made me want to shift my focus towards solely teaching Pilates and to be able to work with people of different backgrounds. Sometimes, I love incorporating elements of dance and musicality into my lessons. One of my priorities is to create a fun and supportive environment in my classes, and my clients reach their fitness goals. Pilates is for everyone, so no matter one’s fitness level or physical challenges, the magic of it is that there’s always a way to tailor a session and enjoy the fun of movement. It just works and it feels good.

When I am not teaching you will find me either reading a book or being somewhere near the sea.
